I am a resident in General Practice and a PhD researcher at the department of Primary and Longterm Care at the Medical University Centre in Groningen, the Netherlands. During my PhD, I am pursuing a master’s degree in Epidemiology. I hope to use my career to contribute to public health, and I believe that Primary Care has a lot of potential to do good. I aim to become someone that can help bridge clinical reality, robust research and evidence-based policy. That’s why I am excited to work with our research group, focusing on future-resilient primary healthcare systems, and to be part of TUTOR-PHC. My PhD focuses on aging societies and how health systems can remain resilient in the face of demographic change. My current projects focus specifically on the organization of care for frail older people.
